  Realy everything ! from the moment we arrived we felt taken care of in avery special way. Warm smiles, took our car to park,took bags from boot.Shown to the most beautiful room. Spa is incredible I think it must bethe best ever ! So peaceful.. We felt renewed when we left, even afterjust 1 night and 1 day ! felt like we had been away for a week !   My wife and I stayed at the Runnymede on Thames as part of her birthday weekend. I found the staff very willing and able to help with little preparations I needed or to help with information etc in advance of the stay. I must admit as we arrived the hotel seemed to be larger than I had imagined and I feared that any personal touch would be lost. I... что говорят » t wasn’T. We were very quickly and efficiently helped at the front desk and a member of staff offered to store our bags until our room was ready and t - The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

  The Hotel is situated on the Brooklands Estate close to Mercedes World (worth a visit) and The Brooklands Museum (definitely worth a visit). The room we had was huge with a comfortable bed and was very clean. The food was very good and there was an extensive although quite pricey wine list. There is ample parking on site.   I would like to say how impressed I was with a certain member of staff called Luke Francois. He was charming, extremely helpful, walked out with us to our car to get our registration number. He also kindly extended our checking out time from 11am until 2pm which was very much appreciated. Would - A new luxurious hotel in Guildford, providing 100% customer satisfaction at a very reasonable price and representing excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and welcome in the hotel as soon as I arrived. Friendly yet professional reception staff made me feel special when checking in, and within minutes of getting to my room I received a telephone call from reception asking if everything was satisfactory in my room. I intend to return to this hotel again soon, this time for a longer stay.
