My room was quite big and very clean, but nothing that special about it. Maybe the Victorian rooms are more interesting. Garden, lobby and restaurant room are quite beautiful. Location is ok, can walk to major DC attractions, but it's not a short walk.

  LOVED the setup - new and fresh interior, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, everything for a classy home away from home. Concierge staff were excellent and the location was brilliant - easy access to the Metro, easy to walk to the Smithsonian Museums or the Capitol Building.   The Dupont Circle provided a special experience from the moment we arrived. The design was contemporary with a touch of luxury but the atmosphere was relaxing and not pompous. The location was perfect for my husband and I and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the national monuments (about 30 mins). The location was TERRIFIC. Easy access to Metro. Tons of restos and stores within walking distance. The employees we dealt with were courteous and very responsive. All in all, it was a great place to stay for a long weekend in DC.

  OH MY GOODNESS!!! We had the BEST time in DC!! This hotel is MY favorite hotel EVER!! We will be staying here every time we come to DC. The staff is UNBELIEVABLE!   Our experience exceeded our expectations. We thought all of your staff were very well trained to be friendly to guests. We were there for a marathon and didn't have dressy clothing and when we had friends join us in the bar area one evening, we were somewhat underdressed, but were never treated any differently than anyone else in the hotel. Very nice, but not stuffy. - We thoiught the staff were - to a person - friendly, helpful, charming and really seemed to go out of their way to help us. There was a slight problem with our booking which was sorted out in a timely and efficient manner - everyone - from the concierge staff to the reception people were friendly and charming! Well done to all of them! WE will DEFINITELY be back!

  Location is great for sight seeing. We were able to walk to everything and Metro is half block away if needed. Staff was very friendly and had nice recommendations for places to eat. The bed was very comfortable. Black out curtains were great! We had a corner room and were still able to sleep late thanks to darkness. Coffee in bed is a treat! - The staff were courteous and helpful. Liked the Starbucks down on the ground floor. Loved the fact it was above Metro Center and around the corner from the White House, Spy Museum, Crime Museum and some high street brands plus Macy's across the street. Also within walking distance to Chinatown and restaurants. Very central and accessible because of subway below. Good breakfast. appreciated the fact it had free laundry room use - very important as we were on the road for a month.
