We were very impressed with everything from the moment we arrived.
The food was that delicious we decided to dine in the Restaurant on every night of our stay(four nights).
Carol and her staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them.
We very much look forward to a return visit. -

We found Jo and Allan to be very hospitable and helpful, the rooms and en-suites were clean and there was a nice quiet sunroom/conservatory which was conducive to a relaxing read. Linda and Derek are amazing!! The B&B has lovely compact rooms with suited us for a weekend holiday from the kids. The cooked breakfast was beautiful. I would definately advise anybody to stay here, and we are going to book another stay here in april. Thanks guys!! x

Very comfportable accommodation and you had your own entrance which meant you could come and go as you pleased. Owners very friendly. Place very clean and everything you could want fora comfortable, relaxing break. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Everything, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and well decorated. Food in the lodge was well priced and very enjoyable. The room was superb, light and airy with nice furnishings. Plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge in the hall if we needed fresh milk etc. The staff were there if needed and very helpful and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming - the tea and cake on arrival was a nice touch, as we were both starving! The room (which was actually an impressively large suite including a kitchenette - much more than we thought we had booked) was very clean and furnished to a very high standard. Everything felt very new and clean. Good central location with plenty of parking space. Had a great stay and was impressed by everything.
