  The Hotel reception area was a bit tired looking but the member of staff who dealt with me upon checking in was very pleasant and showed me the room we would be staying in. I think we hit the jackpot because it was lovely and clean,bright and spacious and had a wet room and Wide screened TV. The Indian Restaurant inside the Hotel was very nice and the food was - The room was perfect although was not properly vacuumed other than this excellent value and staff were very helpful. The room was decorated well, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The ensuite was really good with lots of space i would have mo hesitation in recommending it to others and intend to use it next Christmas rather than booking early and getting accommodation in Bath itself

  A very relaxed atmosphere, which made the stay very comfortable. Room was great. All members of Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. We would have no problems staying here again. Thank You! - The friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and this made the stay an extremely pleasant experience.

The bedroom was clean, a decent size, and had sea view (we were upgraded as there was a room with a bath availible), The staff were professional, pleasant, polite and efficient (especially the breakfast room staff) the breakfast was frehly cooked and filling. The staff were helpful on the desk. The room was great with a view, even it was on the second floor. Everything was at hand. The breakfast was a hearty one. Would recommend.

  We had a lovely room in the historic gatehouse. It was up steep stone stairs but that added to the charm. We loved the historic value and the views from the room. - Convinient location, good price, friendly staff.

  We loved our stay. We opted for a self catering apartment because we didn't want to be confined to a bedroom when our 1year old daughter went to bed. The staff were friendly when we arrived and the apartment was above our expectations. We had a lovely view of the harbour, grand pier and the sea from our window. She tactfully ended a parking dispute with another visitor (he demanded my spot!) by offering another to him. Having a clean self-catering apartment after 1.5 weeks of staying in hotels was actually a relief and enjoyment. The beds were comfortable. Having a sitting/kitchen area of decent size also was relaxing.
