  The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  The hotel and its fascilities were second to none. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and was full of charachter. The food was amazing with a great dining room service. Montys spa was great, clean and we had a couple of treatments which were again very good. Some spa hotels have a strict check in at 3pm and leave by 11am, Charlton House were happy to let us use the spa for as long as we liked both on day of arrival and departure.
