I spent one week in February at the Tropical Breeze Resort and found it very accommodating. I booked a standard room and it was located on the side of the office, a short block away from the beach. I was within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a bedside lamp for reading and

- location is perfect, few steps from the beach and few steps from restaurants and bars
- apartment is large and nice
- swimming pool was just a few steps from the dhe door of one of our bedroom, which was very nice
- we had a reservation for two-bedroom apartment, but it was not available, so they gave us an apartment with three bedroom in the same price, which was very nice

Location, location, location! Super friendly staff, from front desk to
housekeeping. Refrigerator in room (free) made breakfast and lunch
budget friendly. Shuttle to St. Armand's Circle so you don't
have to deal with parking. Location, literally steps to the beach. Free
beach lounge chairs; cabanas only $10 a day. Pool bar, two pools, both
heated.

We loved the fact that your hotel was right on the beach on Lido Key! It
was so beautiful and relaxing and the beach is spectacular!! The pools
were nice and warm even on the days when it was cloudy, very windy and
only in the high 60'S. We would definitely come back!

So clean and comfortable, fabulous location near airport, near Asolo Theater/Ringling campus, lots of breakfast choices (and very good), really friendly and accommodating staff. -
The staff was incredibly friendly. Paul at the front desk and the lady working with him (don't remember her name) were super nice to us! Great place to stay!

Walking distance to St. Armands Circle (even for young children)... which is a great place to eat, drink, shop, lots of ice cream shops. Also great easy access to the beach which is beautiful. Beautiful sunsets from the beach or your balcony.
They also had free lawn chairs and beach toys for us to use every day. A nice perk.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and pool/hot tub are criminally underrated compared to the (lack of) reviews on it on this website. The breakfast, the bed, the location, and the personnel. There's a small 24 hour convenience store/area, which comes in handy when getting back to the hotel late at night. The breakfast is excellent, and there's plenty of choice. The hotel is only 15 minutes or less away from Siesta Key Beach, and close to the downtown ares. -

Everything about this place was excellent. From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was much nicer than we expected. The bathroom was very well appointed with a beautifully tiled shower and granite countertops. The whole place was exceptionally clean. A short walk down a quiet and nicely landscaped private road took us to a beautiful beach. Everything about this place is excellent, especially the location.

We arrived early - and needed directions to see gamble mansion we were
given those very quickly as well as sight seeing maps extremely helpful
let us check in early and accommodated us by giving room on first floor-
we will be back! -

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and in my 2 room apartment both beds were king size. It also had everything you need in the kitchen. You get a key to a private beach shared with just a few hotels so it's not a crowded area like the public beach. The beach is super close

The staff was very nice! We had a nice 2 bdrm - but the living /
dining room area were small. After chatting with the people next door
and seeing their room layout - we asked to change rooms after they left.
The staff was great in allowing the change. There were some minor things
in the room - like a toaster and ice maker that wasn't working. But---

My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional. I appreciated being given a comb when I asked the person at the front desk how to get to the nearest CVS so I could replace a lost comb. I also appreciated having breakfast served at 6:00. -
