Of all the cheap hotels in Sarasota, this one was definitely the nicest to look at and the cleanest. It's just close enough to downtown Sarasota and all the attractions that you can drive there in 5 minutes but you're far enough away that you don't feel like you're in the city. All the amenities we needed (microwave, refridgerator, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer) and more. We had a king sized bed AND a pullout bed. Room was spacious and well laid out. A very pleasant surprise considering the value price. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

The staff was kind and helpful. I liked the available computer for guest use. The breakfasts were wonderful and kept filled. The entire hotel was very clean. The location couldn't have been better for our purposes. Also flexible on check-out time. Would stay again. -

Fantastic little find although a bit sceptical at first as we were booking on line and you cant always believe what you read, but very pleasantly suprised great value for money fantastic attmosphere with the little tiki bar which was great fun meeting all the locals who seem to use the bar, will definetely use again when we return to the states. -

Unbelievable value for the money. I was with my mom and the second we walked into the room we felt at home and were very impressed. There were 2 large rooms. One with a full kitchen, pots, pan, etc and a sofa, table with 2 parson chairs and tv. The bedroom had 2 double beds with pillowtop mattresses and a flat screen tv. The bathroom was nice and clean. Nice pool. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay at again and next time would stay for a longer visit. Best value anywhere.

It was clean. Amenities such as hair dryer, small refrigerator, ironing board & iron all found inside room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Publix is right across the street. Close to downtown area. I will use this hotel again when I return in June. -

The hotel is a renovated 1950's apt. complex. Our Kingsize suite actually had a king bed that was awesome. The bathroom is shared with a queen room. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the queen sofa bed was comfortable. Will return. Staff and owners were both friendly and helpful.
