That we were upgraded to a lovely room with a perfect view over the sea
and pool. That were at the beach. That we had great meals in Hotel. The
hot tubs and pools. Towels available for pool and beach. The chairs with

The location is wonderful with beach just steps away. St Armand's Circle nearby with lots of great shopping and restaurants. There are 2 beautiful pools - one adults only - with Tiki Bar between. Business office available and good restaurants in hotel.

Location, location, location! Super friendly staff, from front desk to
housekeeping. Refrigerator in room (free) made breakfast and lunch
budget friendly. Shuttle to St. Armand's Circle so you don't
have to deal with parking. Location, literally steps to the beach. Free
beach lounge chairs; cabanas only $10 a day. Pool bar, two pools, both
heated.

We loved the fact that your hotel was right on the beach on Lido Key! It
was so beautiful and relaxing and the beach is spectacular!! The pools
were nice and warm even on the days when it was cloudy, very windy and
only in the high 60'S. We would definitely come back!

So clean and comfortable, fabulous location near airport, near Asolo Theater/Ringling campus, lots of breakfast choices (and very good), really friendly and accommodating staff. -
The staff was incredibly friendly. Paul at the front desk and the lady working with him (don't remember her name) were super nice to us! Great place to stay!

Walking distance to St. Armands Circle (even for young children)... which is a great place to eat, drink, shop, lots of ice cream shops. Also great easy access to the beach which is beautiful. Beautiful sunsets from the beach or your balcony.
They also had free lawn chairs and beach toys for us to use every day. A nice perk.

The hotel is a renovated 1950's apt. complex. Our Kingsize suite actually had a king bed that was awesome. The bathroom is shared with a queen room. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the queen sofa bed was comfortable. Will return. Staff and owners were both friendly and helpful. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and pool/hot tub are criminally underrated compared to the (lack of) reviews on it on this website. Location in Siesta Key is perfect. As this resort runs the width of the island you have direct access to magnificent beach, and a fishing sick bayside. Tennis Courts, and large clean swimming pool located next to reception and games room. Smaller pool and jacuzzi next to fishing dock. Accommodations are individually owned so I can only comment on

Great facilities, fab location, Clean pools. Felt safe. Kids loved everything. Condo's are large and comfortable, beyond expectations. From bayside to beach is a comfortable 3/4 minute walk. And although you cant really walk to any nightlife/restaurant, there are free taxi services. We stayed bayside, having read reports I had concerns, but am so glad we chose the quieter side, and would highly recommend and return to this place.
