Really great and helpful staff, friendly service.
The free hotel shuttle is very convenient, especially when we were there for the Memphis in May and it was quite busy with not many free cabs.
The staff are great and go out of their way to assist guests. They truly make the hotel a wonderful place to stay because of their excellent service. -

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly from the people who checked you in, the wait staff in the restaurant, and the bell men. The check in clerks Gary and Amanda were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It is in a good area. I was near the sites of Downtown Memphis, and all within walking distance. -

Very clean hotel, very nice newer building. Staff was great. Location downtown Memphis was excellent. We were near Beale street, just a few blocks away so easy to walk down there where all the action is. Also we were right next to street car station. -

The hotel staff were warm very friendly and helpful the hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Beale street which is on the next block.the leisure facilities were good with towels placed on every available seat around the pool for your use. The fitness room was also good both being open 24 hours. -

Fabulous location. We intended to visit Beale Street nightly, the location of the hotel made it easy to do! Staff was always helpful and courteous. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a great turn down service. I have never been a room service type of person but the prices were great and the food was delicious! Made it very convenient when we decide

We had a comfortable room with modern amenities. The room had a large desk with chargers for tablets and phones (big plus for a tech geek like me). Good Internet service. Great location (2 blocks from Beale St). The staff is very helpful and quite friendly. The pool area looked nice and clean

We stay at the Madison every year at least once. The staff is gracious and accomodating. The rooms are truly luxurious and large. The location is excellent--right downtown by the river and walking distance to Beale Street and downtown restaurants. The suites are fantastic, especially if you might have other people over to your room. -

This is easily the best place to stay for a city break in Memphis. It's a bit more expensive than most of the other hotels but the Harbour Town location is a beatiful place to relax whilst still being close to the downtown area of Memphis (20 minute stroll or $10 taxi).

The ambiance, the lounge with the fire going, glass of fizz on arrival, the charming reception staff.
Our room was large and airy, very comfortable
a little way out of town, but that was OK for us, as we didn't want a big city hotel chain. Very personal, very friendly, very individual. All in all a very good experience compared to large hotels and some very expensive hotels. This is the least we have paid in the past few years of travelling, and one of the most positive experiences

We obviously loved the the breakfast buffet which is honestly what makes it worth the money for my fiance and I. We will absolutely be coming back when we want a night out. -
