This is easily the best place to stay for a city break in Memphis. It's a bit more expensive than most of the other hotels but the Harbour Town location is a beatiful place to relax whilst still being close to the downtown area of Memphis (20 minute stroll or $10 taxi).

The ambiance, the lounge with the fire going, glass of fizz on arrival, the charming reception staff.
Our room was large and airy, very comfortable
a little way out of town, but that was OK for us, as we didn't want a big city hotel chain. Very personal, very friendly, very individual. All in all a very good experience compared to large hotels and some very expensive hotels. This is the least we have paid in the past few years of travelling, and one of the most positive experiences

The hotel staff were warm very friendly and helpful the hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Beale street which is on the next block.the leisure facilities were good with towels placed on every available seat around the pool for your use. The fitness room was also good both being open 24 hours. -

... ce que les gens disent » rom the balcony you could here live blues or rock. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived early in the morning from the train they did their best to find us a room. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of fruit.

me that they did not sell any twigs. That I could have any that I wanted

I liked the breakfast, the bed,the TV and the parking ( there was alot of parking in front which is unusual). and that they let me leave my car there for 9 days, free.

The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help! Their facilities and rooms were surprisingly up to date with newer renovations and modern art in the club house

It was very nice, the staff was great... The room was very clean like a home away from home... The king suite with the fireplace was very cozy... It was actually like a one bedroom apartment. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definetly be back.

It's location is fanstastic to all citi land marks cause, besides it's a stone's through from Beale st., it's back entrance is infront of the trolley and bus stop.Taking bus No 43 you can go to and fro Elvis' Graceland without paying over 50 dollars to taxis.Thanks to Shannon , at the reception, who explained to me so good the puplic trans

I enjoyed the location. Even though at did not take advantage of the trolley and close proximity to Beale St. I did share that with some others that will be coming to Memphis and I hope to stay again when I can utilize it.
You have wonderful pillows!

Very clean hotel, very nice newer building. Staff was great. Location downtown Memphis was excellent. We were near Beale street, just a few blocks away so easy to walk down there where all the action is. Also we were right next to street car station. -
