Went to Memphis for the music/history but got to see a lot more during a one-week stay. Staff at the Doubletree were more than helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The friendly staff all around. The perfect downtown location.
The Valet service was great, especially the valet staff. In particular, I wish to commend the valet attendant named Sam. He was more then fantastic and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel and location were nothing like the bad reviews we saw.The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel facilities were good value for money. Downtown was only a 5 minute drive and parking was free on riverside drive which was only a 5 minute walk from beale street. -

The whole of Days Inn was excellent. Staff coulnd't do enough for
you, especially the lovely Tracy. They even had a shuttle service for
the airport. The whole place was immaculate, they were constantly
keeping it clean. The staff were just so friendly. The rooms where
excellent size and very, very, comfortable. I felt safe and secure and

truely deserves more that that. As for transport, take the local 43 bus,
it's only $3.50 for -
Location is great if you are visiting Graceland, but it is on a very busy street. Luckily we had a room in the back. The room was nicely decorated, so is the lobby. it brings you right in the Elvis athmosphere. Although older, especially the plumbing, the room was clean.Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed 2 nights to visit Graceland,so that was OK, wouldn't wanna stay a whole week or so.If you just plan to visit Graceland it's perfect for a couple of nights.

A young lady at the reception
(on duty on the 6th of September 2013 - 11:00 pm), was extremely nice, competent, professional and naturaly interested in serving the best way she could.
I mention the word naturally and her because most of times staff are very polite and educated but you are left with the filling that you have in front of you a mach

Very awesome staff..went above and beyond to help me out when my car wouldn't start. Their maintenance worker had my car started in less than 15 minutes in rain and 40 degree weather!! The indoor hot tub/pool was a great plus! And the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!!

Plenty of parking, which was free. Except for distance from city of
Memphis and sites, convenient. -
The View was amazing, bed was amazingly COMFORTABLE, and the room was spacious ...Lots of parking available and most of all the staff were very Friendly!

Desk manager went way beyond the call of duty to find their floating refrigerator and moved it into our room for cold storage of my insulin. You NEVER get that kind of service at even the most expensive hotels. They would never lift a finger to help. Good people - Thanks

Very clean hotel, very nice newer building. Staff was great. Location downtown Memphis was excellent. We were near Beale street, just a few blocks away so easy to walk down there where all the action is. Also we were right next to street car station. -

I love that the room was clean; it was located right by the highway which was very convenient; staff friendly; price wasn't that bad for the it to be a weekend in Memphis in May! The next time we visit we will stay at the Days Inn again! Great stay! -
