  It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice.   Everyone was helpful. The rate was wrong from the website, and they fixed it without a question. Great view of fountain square. Walking distance to most downtown sites. - The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of Fountain Square.

  The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Very nice to actually have 2 FREE bottles of water in our room! Very interesting random tiles on the bathroom walls. Upon checkout we left our luggage in their luggage room while we went out for lunch and exploy the city some more. - The hotel is unique, fabulous and immaculate! The staff was courteous, friendly and you got the feeling they really want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. Excellent customer service from Front Desk to Housekeeping! The person who helped us with our bags, Leon, when we checked in and when we checked out was simply the best!
