The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Very nice to actually have 2 FREE bottles of water in our room! Very interesting random tiles on the bathroom walls. It was fun looking at the tiles and

The hotel is unique, fabulous and immaculate! The staff was courteous, friendly and you got the feeling they really want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. Excellent customer service from Front Desk to Housekeeping! The person who helped us with our bags, Leon, when we checked in and when we checked out was simply the best!

It's very beautiful, very clean, the staff was very friendly, except
when checking out the next morning, I complained about the noise most of
the night, she didn't seem to concern, and had nothing to say to me,

Everything! My room (1503) at 15th floor, was actually huge living room,
kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and wonderful apartment,
not a hotel room you would expect. Room was great, the view was great,

We loved the views from the 14th floor.They were awesome! We're native Cincinnatians, and it's fun to see downtown from a new perspective. It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice. It was very close to a waffle house for breakfast, as the hotel breakfast was pretty pricey. -
