  It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice. It was very close to a waffle house for breakfast, as the hotel breakfast was pretty pricey. - The location was perfect for our one night stay to take in the festivities of Zinzinnati Oktoberfest.   Everyone was helpful. The rate was wrong from the website, and they fixed it without a question. Great view of fountain square. Walking distance to most downtown sites. - The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of Fountain Square.

  It's very beautiful, very clean, the staff was very friendly, except when checking out the next morning, I complained about the noise most of the night, she didn't seem to concern, and had nothing to say to me, I was in room 502 inside room, I suggested that you should let people know that it could be loud from the bar area and the music, the musi... vad folk säger » c stopped at 11pm, which was ok, but after the bar closed the people were still partying in the hallways, till 2am . - Staff is always friendly and helpful.   The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Very nice to actually have 2 FREE bottles of water in our room! Very interesting random tiles on the bathroom walls. It was fun looking at the tiles and... vad folk säger » finding the fun little surprises. Upon checkout we left our luggage in their luggage room while we went out for lunch and exploy the city some more. - The hotel is unique, fabulous and immaculate! The staff was courteous, friendly and you got the feeling they really want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. Excellent customer service from Front Desk to Housekeeping! The person who helped us with our bags, Leon, when we checked in and when we checked out was simply the best!
