  This hotel was the first hotel that I've stayed in that when I walked in the room it was a clean smell. The bed was comfortable, the location was in a great place, the breakfast was delicious, and the over all thing was that the hotel was clean. If I needed anything the staff was there. This is a great hotel. - The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and very concerned about meeting our needs. Room was nicely set up and clean. Hotel was quite and smoker friendly. Great experience and plan to stay here again. Awesome value paid a lot less then I paid at last hotel and was 10 times nicer.

  The hotel was beautiful, had old-world charm but all the modern conveniences, including a refrigerator in the room. The tall ceilings, big window, and huge bathroom were fabulous. It was convenient to ETSU and all the stores and activities in Johnson City. - Everything! The entire hotel had a classic, turn of the century feel, yet felt very new... what people say » throughout.   Due to a last-minute cancellation elsewhere, we were lucky enough to find a room for 5 people at The Hilton Nashville. The staff at this hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel. Close to the Grand Ole Opry, and close enough to Broadway and other Nashville points of interest.   I like that its very clean workers are nice pool is open and has a kiddie pool for small kids hot tub for adults and pool is 4 1/2 ft deep good for swimmin or playing - Location convenient to shops and entertainment. Nice balcony area for sitting outside.

That I could have any that I wanted on the outside grounds. Even though he misunderstood me. He didn't look at me like an idiot or insult me.
