  We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. We will stay ... what people say » here again- next time with kids! - I enjoyed the fact that the pool and game room were open for 24 hours. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

  Standard hotel but rather recent and in good state. Not "worn out" like some other hotels of same chain. Very entertaining breakfast (surprise...) - It was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good had hot waffle juice and coffee they had a good variety to choose from.

  Really great and helpful staff, friendly service. The free hotel shuttle is very convenient, especially when we were there for the Memphis in May and it was quite busy with not many free cabs. The staff are great and go out of their way to assist guests.   Everything - spacious rooms - beautiful pool and gym facilities - great dining room and breakfast. - very friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming.they gave us a club level room with breakfast and evening meal for two days as it was our honeymoon. room was large and very comfortable. would definitely recommend this hotel.

  The Sheraton had not received our reservation from letsbookhotel.com, but the woman at the desk handled everything quickly and was very friendly. She honored our promised rate and got us in a room early. Also, the night desk workers and valets helped me get medicine late at night when my fiance got sick.
