  I know it was for the people taking early flights, but having breakfast available really early before our running event was excellent! - Clean, comfortable, non-smoking room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection of breakfast food. Would stay here again.

  Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.   The staff is pleasant and willing to assist you in any way from getting directions to giving you change for the washer and dryer. We enjoy the hotel's proximity to the beach, but also it is conveniently located close to grocery stores and downtown. - The room was fine and quite large.   My room was exactly what I reserved, quiet and away from elevators. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable and the pool, spa and all areas of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. The service from every employee is excellent.   room layout was nice and roomie. Customer service was spot on I came in late and the service was good even for the middle of the night. The moning shift was just as great. I travel there everyother weekend and I will stay here.
