  Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.   My room was exactly what I reserved, quiet and away from elevators. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable and the pool, spa and all areas of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. The service from every employee is excellent.   room layout was nice and roomie. Customer service was spot on I came in late and the service was good even for the middle of the night. The moning shift was just as great. I travel there everyother weekend and I will stay here.
