I thought the Inn had everything that we needed for our week end in Newport, RI. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. Plus, there was always a pot of fresh coffee. I would book this Inn again. Thanks to all the staff. -

It had everything that we needed. The staff were especially helpful and informed us that the shuttle would take us to a restaurant for lunch. Since we were really tired of driving by this time and didn't want to try and find a good restaurant, this was greatly appreciated. Due to some mis-hap, the hotel didn't have our booking. However, they were able to accommodate us and one of our rooms was better than we had originally booked, at no extra cost, so - result! Only stayed one night so don't feel we got the full benefit of the hotel, however the staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly in relation to the missing booking.
