  I was very impressed with this hotel though I had never heard of it before--and the price was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, the casino was as good as any in Vegas, the spa and gym were great, and the Italian restaurant was yummy with the best dirty martinis in town! - Very nice hotel in general.   Very clean. Rooms were updated and much more than I expected for the money. View from the room was awesome. When they made the beds they even picked up my childs teddy bear off the floor and put him in between the pillows which i thought was a personal touch that showed they had pride in their jobs. Staff was friendly and helpful. - First they wanted to put us on the 4th floor and were allowed to smoke outside on the balcony. I was not happy with that because I was pretty adamant about ordering a smoking room. She talked to her Supervisor and put us on the 7th floor smoking room.   Nicely decorated, designed to be pleasant - clean, comfortable. Liked the pool area. We had a nice Gulf view. Easy access to Interstate 10 and Hwy 90. Walking distance to the Beau Rivage - we were there for concert at Beau and was nice to walk. - Everything was awesome!! Very clean.. The pool area is superb. The breakfast was great.   When I booked online the two-bedroom suite was the same price as the one- bedroom so I booked that and I'm glad I did! The hotel sent us to the wrong room at first, a one bedroom, which was a nice, standard hotel room, but when I called and told them their mistake they sent us to the right room, a huge, two bedroom, two bathroom suite, with glass ... what people say » walls on each side facing the beach. It was great! There was just my husband and I and but this would be the perfect room for a large family or a grou - The rooms were huge compared to most hotels. View of the Gulf was impressive. Location was convenient.I loved having two bathrooms. The privacy windows on the sleep area were attractive. The charming lady from Tennessee who ran the breakfast nook was super sweet and charming.Whole place smelled and looked new. Very impressive appearance of the building from outside.

  Location for us doing a road trip south was good, the hotel is new and the facilities very good. We found all the staff very helpful also all areas were spotless a big plus ample free parking. The swimming pool looked a popular choice for family's who were staying.

  Although the city downtown Jackson MS looks deserted the hotel was beautiful!!! It was very clean and modern. Although it was modern it still had an elegant southern traditional feel. There is a lot of history in that hotel. The staff is also too. EVERYONE from the manager to the environmental services staff was exeptional!! Although the breakfast wasn't free, it was the only option and worth the money. Will stay here again for our next trip to Jackson. - Everything was exceptionally great! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel was professional and beautiful. Of course, I love the bed and the BBQ ribs from the restaurant.

  LB's steak house was wonderful and our waiter and hostess Sabrina were the greatest..The next night after hours in your wonderful Casino we got burgers to go from your food court and wow they were the best ever!!! Staff in the casino were super friendly and tell them once what you want and they remember, loved that your Public Relations lady came ... what people say » and personally introdued herself to us in the casino and said to let her know if we needed anything. Rooms were clean and king size bed was real comfo - The Staff was most courteous and attentive to our every needs. They even knocked off a movie charge since we did not finish viewing the movie in it´s entirety. I recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who has never been there. We even won money on the slot machines , 900 dlr jackpot on a penny macjine the 1st night and then 525 dlrs on a 5dlr slot the next day .
