LB's steak house was wonderful and our waiter and hostess Sabrina were the greatest..The next night after hours in your wonderful Casino we got burgers to go from your food court and wow they were the best ever!!! Staff in the casino were super friendly and tell them once what you want and they remember, loved that your Public Relations lady came and personally introdued herself to us in the casino and said to let her know if we needed anything. Rooms were clean and king size bed was real comfo.

I recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who has never been there. We even won money on the slot machines , 900 dlr jackpot on a penny macjine the 1st night and then 525 dlrs on a 5dlr slot the next day . We used bookit.com to reserve my room. It was a great deal for the area and the hotel part of the casino was well kept and clean. The room was super nice we got the deluxe king. Well worth the money awesome room. I wouldn't mind living in the room it was so big. Lol but honest review they were clean most important thing no matter where you stay. I had a fabulous room for the money. I know you don't always get this great of deal but this time I did. Through letsbookhotel.com I paid $39 and had a luxury King suite. It was a beautiful corner suite on the 7th floor with views of the gulf and the bay. There was nothing negative about my stay. We booked on the night we arrived, within a couple hours. We arrived about 10:30pm and was totally pleased with the room we were given for $49. We had a corner 2 bedroom suite and loved it. We hardly wanted to leave the room. We have told all our friends and family about the deal we received. Our room and the view we had, got to enjoy beautiful sunsets on the bay. Close proximity to many different small communities along the bay, which offered a variety of restaurants and shops. The hotels different restaurants, nice pool area and of course the casino. We stayed here for the location to family and the price, we were able to stay for 6 nights Friday to Thursday (checkout), for only $462.50 that is with tax and all. There were not to many other hotels in the area for that price, especially casino. Comfortable room. Good value for the money. Fun casino. LB's was a great place to dine. Friendly employees, very helpful. Although we didn't bring our pet with us, it was good to see that the hotel does have a pet friendly floor. Liked the location. Fair pricing for the room. Nice pool area and easy location for meals. It is centrally located for spending time on the beach, golfing and gambling. Stayed for four nights and would highly recommend it. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire facility--comfortable room, fun slots, awesome Thanksgiving buffet, and incredible bargain room rate. Would stay here again for sure! Still 100% satisfied with all letsbookhotel.com rooms!. It was a family oriented trip with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub got a bit crowded with couples towards the late evening. We also enjoyed the beach and shopping. Great start for Spring break!. We had a family emergency and they checked us out early and only charged us for the days we were there instead of what we had booked. They had a buffet special in their restaurant that was a really good deal. Love the swimming pool. Perfect chemical ph balance swimming water in the pool as it didn't sting my eyes and the temperature of the water is perfect. So nice to see several 50+ workers n' staff there!. I LOVED the amazing nights sleep I got. Best night's sleep iv ever had. The room was good for rest. The pillow was amazing... Thought about taking it :D.... Would love to know where I could get one. The table limits were very high, only 1 $5. table and it was full all evening. 12.50 for wi-fi :( Wouldnt be a bad price if they offered in room Lan lines, and wifi was an option, but it is the only way to connect unless by smartphone 3 or 4g of course. The biggest issue that i had was the inconvenience of only two of four elevators being operational due to burnt out motors. I understand that this has been a problem for several weeks. Also the water tasted bad. Had a bit of difficultly figuring out where to park and check in. We did finally figure it out. That was not necessarily the Grand Casino's fault though. Not able to cross the street to the beach as there's unfinished construction in front of the hotel which blocked my view of the beach/shoreline from the swimming pool area. The view was not so good. It being our first time there I would have liked a better view to insure I come again. Not enough lighting in the rooms. Need a couple more lamps in the room. View was not nice. (Roof top). The smoke in the casino's was heavy and not filtered. Also, I know the economy is rough but your slots seemed to barely pay out. Your area of play is small. Beau Rivage has you beat on that. Food a bit pricey. The only thing was that there were children swimming in the hot tub while we were in it. Didn't mind the ones just sitting there but some were crossing in front of us swimming. The fridge did not cool. We would have liked to stay at the Grand Casino again on our way home, but the rates were too high. I would rather spend my money in the casino even though I didn't win. I wish Biloxi was closer to Dallas so we could come more often than once a year. . The hotel/casino was not excellent but it was above fair. For the price you could not ask for more. Casino Slots were very tight. Lobby was very small wish it was a little more comfortable. I missed some of my TV programs. The sub zero temperatures especially in the hallways and I didn't come home with any extra money. Phooey!!. $12 a day for wifi is RIDICULOUS!!! The run of the mill hotels have FREE wifi. We don't normally use that service when staying at a casino, but were in need during our stay there. We would have given an excellent overall rating had the service been provided for free or even a buck. Nothing really to claim about, even during this big week and week-end. Small casino but like the $5 roulette table. We had to pay $15 per room for early check-in. If the rooms were ready and we were there, why the extra charge? What was it for? We weren't that early. Most hotels give a check in time in case the rooms aren't ready. We have never had to pay and early check-in fee. Really no entertainment to speak of. 1. My fifth floor suite did not get instant hot water and it took a very long time to get it hot. The buffet needs a little work, for the price, more variety would be great. The machine was too tight didn't give us nothing to play with just took our money need to loosen up does slots machine. no view from our window. Kids allowed in the hot tub. Think that needs to be 16 and over. There was confusion about what charges could be applied to the rewards card. Rewards card should be applied even when booked by outside agency. Way to smoker friendly. You can smoke everywhere, not that great with kids. We truly enjoyed our stay everything was fine so there was nothing that we disliked. The only down part was the bar wasnt open at the pool side at night. The TV did not have many chanels to choose from. The TV also had bad reception so you could not get some chanels. I didnt like the fact that the wasnt many channels to choose from on the tv.
