I was very impressed with this hotel though I had never heard of it before--and the price was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, the casino was as good as any in Vegas, the spa and gym were great, and the Italian restaurant was yummy with the best dirty martinis in town!. Very nice hotel in general. We considered this hotel and the Beau Rivage and this one came up a winner with regard to price and ammenities. We thourougly enjoyed the ip and will stay again when in Biloxi.

Room was very nice and spacious. People at the registration were very helpful. The operators on call were very courteous and willing to help. Ip casino staff seem on top of things. 5.00 craps all the time (great) Free coffee machines all over gaming areas.... Our reservation was made late and we got the bedroom only on the 30th floor. Never stayed in a room so luxurious!. The employees all had good attitudes and were respectful to me and my wife. The spa facilities were outstanding!. Ultra fast checkin and checkout compared to other hotels, staff was eager to help and expedite any issues I had. Loved the atmosphere! The room was beautiful and the bed was heavenly! We had an amazing view of the Gulf. Very friendly staff !!! Easy to get in & out. Great Davis Love III golf course for a good price. Clean and very spacious room with all amenities. Large no-smoking area in the casino and great buffet. The bar food was very good. The bartender on 2nd level casino Was awesome , great personality. Nothing. Parking was quite far if you didn't use valet. T he desk could have told us we had to use the door key in the elevator to get to the 30th floor. There were few places to eat after hours. I thought that the exercise room and pool should be open 24 hours. I would prefer that I didn't have to specially request and pay for a mini fridge. The tv channels were horrible. We had very few to choose from and most of the channels on the guide were not working. Too big , didn;t have a place to sit out & drink coffee in the morning, missed our home porch area. Parking was a little far but OK. Price of the Buffett. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our only problem was the fact that we couldn't get away from the cigarette smoke in the casino. The pool area was disappointing. Packed with people and not many shaded areas. We weren't in our room much, but when we were the tv was hard to figure out. Not very user friendly. Please do not send emails. The restaurants were not very good and the Italian restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. The room did not have a fridge or microwave. It took some time for the room to cool off and we were across from the ice machine so the noise was bothersome. Thought it needed more new machines. Only sold Pepsi products-my guest and I both prefer Coke products. I requested a walk in shower, which I did not get. and the hidden fees.....$15.00 misc charge? resort fee?. It was way to expensive for two night! If I have to pay that for a clean room with comffy beds I can stay at a real cheap place and get that! Didn't even have a ice box in the room we could use!. The pool closed so early. Smoking in the casino area. Not enough non-smoking. Price of buffet, terrible to charge so much and have no other choice of location to eat, I am a small person and do eat a lot, because of this I will not look forward to staying there. One of the beds looked like it had been slept in. Smoking in the facilities. did not get the king room I requested. lay out having to change elevators one for room one for parking. wet bar. Nothing. that some restaurants were not opened due to season and renavations. Too many elevators. food prices. I didn't like the fact that it was an empty bottle in the mini bar when we checjed in and I was charged for it. The room was beautiful, clean, but the mattress's were much too soft. The very few tv chanels.
