  The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Our check - in host was excellent "Amy", somehow she new we were anxious and concerned about out reservation - I'd like to return to US in Maryland and stay again in Ramada. We had a great time. I'll recommend this to my friends in the future.

  Very friendly staff. Couldn't get better services at a high rate hotel. Close to the highway. Free parking. Good hot breakfast included. Once again, with great service. - I liked that the room & bath were very clean & the bed was very comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

  Location, felt safe, quiet, parking on premis, office 24/7, staff friendly & very knowledgeable, clean. Even the mattress pads didn't have stains, and look old. Yes I did check it out. If staff didn't know answer to a question, knew where to call or contact to find out. The section I was in, the bathroom could use updating.   I got a great deal booking the hotel on line, the staff was very nice, I traveled from Nashville, Tn to Waldorf on a bus and ended up getting to the hotel 4 hours before check in , there was a really nice woman at the front desk that promptly got a room ready for me so I would not have to sit the lobby, not to mention I had a pretty view and a ove... what people say » rall pleasant stay - It was a better experience than I thought considering the number of negative reviews. My room was clean, had flat screen TV, mini-fridge and microwave. I definitely would stay here again.

  Hotel is amongst a shopping centre which is very handy. It is also about 15 minutes away from Premium Factory Outlets and an hour from Gettysburg. Eat at the Olive Garden restaurant - great value for money. - Friendly and easy check in/out. Great breakfast in the am. Friends and I use van transportation to and from the reception.

  the price was excellent, the rooms wernt the ritz but they were sufficient. the pool was really nice. and it was close to everything(Phillips across the street,boardwalk a block away,mini golf 2 blocks away, fishtails like a half block away. plus there was the party block real close and a beer distributor within 2 blocks) - The staff was very fri... what people say » endly. We basically only slept in the room. We didn't spend much time there otherwise. I like that it had a sink, refrigerator and microwave. I also liked that cable was included. The hot water worked (very hot, loved it). It is also at a great location & it was super cheap!

Was originally given a 'non-smoking' room that reeked of cigarette smoke but the desk clerk apologised and relocated me when I complained.
