the price was excellent, the rooms wernt the ritz but they were sufficient. the pool was really nice. and it was close to everything(Phillips across the street,boardwalk a block away,mini golf 2 blocks away, fishtails like a half block away. plus there was the party block real close and a beer distributor within 2 blocks). The staff was very friendly. We basically only slept in the room. We didn't spend much time there otherwise. I like that it had a sink, refrigerator and microwave. I also liked that cable was included. The hot water worked (very hot, loved it). It is also at a great location & it was super cheap!.

Quiet bayside hotel with docking available and nice outdoor pool. The front desk staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Not bad for the buck. Close to the beach and adequate parking. The location was great staff was helpful. near the sea front free parking. Room service was consistent. the rooms were nice. This motel is not nearly as bad as everyone said. They do vacuum. The room smelled of bleach when we went in. It is small. No black feet, pool was clean. If you are not paying for the Ritz do not expect the Ritz. The staff is friendly and they do speak English. Not too far from the beach and restsurants. The office staff friendly: the maid staff very accomodating and friendly. The price was decent and that overides everything. The pool was good. I like nice places to stay and this was a fair place it was definitely okay for the buck. It was pretty clean and not bad..it not the Hilton but it was okay... The staff was really nice and helped fix our room problems right away and made sure we were comfortable even after the fix. We love the swimming pool and the beach was close by. A/c was appreciated. Very friendly staff,close to the beach and the price was good. I liked the location on the venue and value. You get what you pay for I can't complain. How close it was to the bars and beach. I really liked the room key. It was close to beach. Price and location. Location Pool. it had a pool. The location is great! We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk within 5 mins. Not too mention ...its right across from Philips Crab House/Buffet. The pool and parking were also very nice accommodations to have while vacationing. In my opinion the office staff was nice. I liked that the housekeeper checked with us each day. She was very nice. We cleaned the room ourselves before checkout, we gathered our trash for housekeeper each day. Close to the beach and had stuff to do around it without going to the board walk. The pool was well kept... No bugs in room... Room was relatively clean. Extremely old mattresses, out dated and musty, uncomfortable. Fairly close to boardwalk, restaurants & shopping. The location was conveinent and the price was decent. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. location- bedding and bath were clean. Nice pool, staff was accommodating. pool was clean and not over crowded. Convenience. Location. rooms wernt always made up. some days we would have the beds made some days not....and the floors could have been cleanier. but we did have fresh towels and soaps etc everyday. We stayed in early April so it was cold. I don't think there was heat (if there was we couldn't find out how to turn it on). The carpet could have used a shampooing. If you have severe allergies or children with allergies, I wouldn't recommend staying. My allergies were killing me only inside of the motel. Would have liked a mirror in the room. Shampoo cups. Ect. Door sign to say do not disturb . No ice machine. Was a bit stuffy, but wasn't a deal-breaker by any means!. No microwaves. A little far from the Ocean City Boardwalk -- a little too far to walk. uncomfortable beds bad wifi connection. nothing. the staff was so confused on when we should check in one said he would have a room available at 100 pm and the other lady would not give us a room till 300,pm and the commode was stop up and they had no one there to fix it ,but they did bring us a plunger, so we had to be plummer there to and fix it twice it got stop up. Bugs. Wi-fi rarely worked; floor was filthy and could not be walked on barefoot; refrigerater did not work well; the mattresses on the bed too thin and too small for box springs. Direct tv offered only select channels but not the basic network channels. Did not have a microwave.. The room wasn't stay ready and second room had a condensation problem. (Which they moved us right away) but I would suggest you bring air fresheners because the smells in rooms aren't very pleasant. Not very clean. Some people very pretty loud. Several items (light, shower, toilets) were working "slowly". Could be a little cleaner. The pool was filthy even on Memorial Day Weekend. Towels did not seem very clean The hot tub had no water in it No ice Or you could pay three dollars for a bag of ice. Staff wasn't the friendliest or accommodating. Did not like the shower head. Rooms were older and outdated. Not the cleanest places I stayed at. The tv and the room needed swept. Dirty rugs Broken furntiure. house keeping wasn't very good.....wifi sucked. wasn't hotels faught but to rowdy. The other people staying at the hotel were very obnoxious and loud. All they did was place loud music in the morning and it was very annoying. The towels you provided were too small. The place was filled with ants Your pool was not even open and it was memorial day weekend You advertised ice and you did not even have any when we asked You did not provide shampoo or anything. The bathtub was dirty, there was a table on the balcony , that u couldn't sit at because it was dirty , for 3 days it was lik that I didn't find my stAy very comfy would not return. The hotel has great potential, however the rooms smelled of mildew, the carpet was stained and dirty, the tub lining was detached from the wall and leaking water everywhere. Interior is very dated and in need of serious renovations. In my opinion ...rooms should run about $39 a night instead of the $119 charged. Housekeeping was non~existant... And as far as Wi-Fi goes...we were very close to office and never could get it. The room seemed to be outdated, our bathroom sink is bout to fall from wall, toilet didn't flush each time, it kept running, small tv, no microwave, the beds were very uncomfortable. Tub was moldy. We had to bleach the toilet and tub and all before we stayed. First walked in, sand all over the floor and did not seem as clean as other hotels in the area. Tiny bathroom and sink was not inside it, toilet barely flushed. The sheets sewn together as a curtain...dirty air conditioner filter...hazy window...need to invest some $$ back into the motel. Hand towel, ice machine, and a spare key. Room and amenities were subpar to price: small TV; loud inefficient air conditioner; poor dirty outside appearance. Not enough towels/washcloths for two people. The lady at the front desk was rude when we asked if we could check-in early however the guy said we could check-in when we came back, an hour before the actual check-in time. (It's not like business was really booming at that time.) Loud music at late at night; had to ask the guest to turn down the music. No one was available at the front desk; there shold always be a staff member available at all times. Room was very dated, not very clean,room had no table and the tv box didnt work(both were rectified quickly though)wireless internet never worked during our stay.Maid service was nonexistent. tile floor was sandy, panaling had water damage and moldy, seriouse need of updating. First room we were given had a cigarette butt on the floor with lots of black bugs crawling in the bathroom. We asked for a new room and there were no cigarettes, but there were flies everywhere, the bathroom was moldy, the refrigerator was rusty, and the air conditioner did not work. Dirtiest motel I've ever been in, even after vacationing in Ocean City for 24 years. Don't stay here!!!!. we had very little housekeeping, even the grounds were dirty. a/c was iced up and not working properly. Hotel comfort overall. we had to ask several times for hot water because there was none, there were snail like bugs and rollie pollies all over the room especially the bathroom, there were slimmy black worm looking bugs crawling in the tub and the room had a mildew smell to it as soon as you open the door, first thing I did when I got home was all of my linings and clothes that were brought along on the trip because they smelled like the room. I will never stay there again. Unsanitary: found mold on shower curtain and on the bottom.of a wall. The parking. Smell of mildew was strong. Towels were definity not clean, sheets questionable. We were watching one of the employees cleaning a room amd it was rather pathetic. Did not even vacuum the rug, he juat took a towel and sweeped the dirt around. Get what you pay for and no security deposit. Everything. Gross smelling motel. Absolutely gross. Dirty floors kitchen was rusty and stuck on food room smelled of vomit vomit on curtins. Staff was ruid room dirty price was different than what I was told I will never stay there again. Staff hardly spoke English and was rude. Tv in room was from the 90s. Didn't even get espn in the room plus it smelled. Bathroom for broke, no tv remote, nreds not comfy, smelled like mildew. poorly cleaned room, not enough staff, problem with hot water, problem with wi fi internet hook up, very poor oder in room had to wash my cloths and clean my bags 2-3 times to get the smell out, ants in the room, very few kitchen utencils, very dingy room.
