  Everything. Great price, great location. Room was very nice. Bathroom and kitchenette were doable but they could of used some updating in our room. Had a great stay and hope to go back soon. - I enjoyed the ameneties in the room. Full size fridge, stove, microwave. The restaurant was very reasonable. The overall experience was an 8 out of 10.... what people say » The staff was EXCELLANT.

  I love the oceanfront room. Whenever we come to oc we always stay on the beach. When we checked in and got our key, we opened the door and saw that someone's elses belongings were there. The staff were very attentive and apoligized and got us another room quickly. I'll be back. - I liked the location with an ocean view from your room.

Was originally given a 'non-smoking' room that reeked of cigarette smoke but the desk clerk apologised and relocated me when I complained. The room was pleasant, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.   I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel.
