The hotel is a little dated, especially in the bathrooms, but is very clean, and very well taken care of. The room rates are very reasonable.

  Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. - Everything was great.   We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

  We stayed In a 1 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. The bed was amazing. We booked a couple of rooms at the same time and they kept us together. We came to baltimore to celebrate my 40th birthday in fells point which was not far from the hotel. We plan on definitely returning for a friends birthday.   After a busy day helping my god daughter move; it was a treat to sit and look at the sun set from the comfort of my room with my best friend.   One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   We arrived late I. The evening and was greeted by the owner David who still took us a tour if the facilities. Breakfast was included in the stay and I assumes it would be continental, however it was breakfast made to order. Bed was very comfortable.

  I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room....what can I stay, definitely 5 star, from the sitting area with its flat screen T.V., to the kitchen, to the bathroom, loved the shower with its 3 shower heads.
