Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. Everything was great. Staff, especially young doorman on duty Sun. morning around 11:00 was very helpful. Also love location. Staff was pretty nice. The location. was not impressed! will not stay again. Nothing. When I came to check in they only had he for one night when I had paid for two.I Had to pay for parking, and when is was time to check out I had some extra fees not sure where thay came from but, the staff took care of it .. I wanted to be on a higher floor....other than that there was no problem!. The shower wasn't as clean I thought it would be. The $100 holding fee to the room as I may have not read that part of the reservation requirements but that surprised me. Not enough towels provided No complementry water. mattresses were worn out. No box springs. Also qas only hotel that i ever stayed in that did not have a guide book in the room that outlined services and location of things. Also had no ice machines or vending machines on the floors. No microwave. The $100.00 hold for room amenities, I was not aware of that charge till I arrived. Full service restaurant. Could not locate ironing board in room. Unable to utilize in room coffee pot due to some type of malfunction. Parking is away from the hotel. My only complaint is that I chose green, so I did not require extra towels or for my sheets to be changed. I stayed 3 nights and only received 1 $5 card and I should have received 2. hope to provide hand held shower head. may be cheaper. None. they charged my twice !. Our room wasn't great. King bed with only 2 small pillows. Hair dryer didn't work. The picture above our bed was falling off. Mini fridge would not get cold so we wasted some food. Drinks were very overpriced! Even for a hipster bar, $6 for a domestic bottles beer is extreme. The door of pathroom dos't closed The water for bar only firt day. No refregator. No view. Lobby noisy staff were not helpful rooms were small beds were hard rooms were noisy. I felt for what we got it was way too expensive. There was no inexpensive way to get from your hotel to tour or see anything in dc. There was nothing to see or do in the area. I wish I had read other people comments before I booked there. I will be coming to dc every year and will not stay at National Harbor again.
