  this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

  We really liked the apartment that backed up to the Alaska State Museum. It was very quiet and it was very functional. We cooked every morning and evening - lowering our travel expenses. It was located around the corner from a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch and juat a block from a very well supplied grocery. The staff were very h... what people say » elpful and the shuttles to and from the ferry/airport were very convenient and efficient. Great stay - and we were there 8 nights total! - The efficient and free shuttle to and for the ferry terminal and the airport is a $100 round trip value. The drivers are knowledgeable about the area with good suggestions for hikes, tickets for shuttles to Mendenhall Glacier, etc. computer in lobby for printing boarding passes also helpful. And they let you check in as soon as a room is ready when you come in on a ferry in the early morning.

  Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Asked them to make a 3 year old's night by getting us on the highest floor possible facing the airport runway. Clerk also comped our parking since there was in issue with our reservation. - Beds were really comfortable and rooms were quiet.

  We were able to get into our room several hours earlier than expected. Staff responded immediately when we needed more towels and the tv needed to be checked. We had an excellent stay there and the location was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!!   Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in my room. The beds were very comfortable. I'm glad they offer smoking rooms. - My experience at the hotel was very good. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful. I would very highly recommend this hotel.
