The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They loaned us bicycles to get around and offered to drive us where we needed. The Mrs got up extra early to cook an excellent breakfast before we got the train. There are excellent resterants nearby.

Our flight was delayed and we couldn't get to our campground before the last orientation (required to stay at the campground). So we booked whatever room available as soon as we landed in Gustavus. They called us immediately asking if we needed a shuttle and provided a ride for us to the campground the next morning. Everyone was extremely nice, the bed we had was very comfortable and the breakfast they offered was delicious.

Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!! There is a busstop out fron, but be aware that minimal to no service at weekends. -

this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The lobby was a great place to relax and take in the wall art. -

Location beside the lake with all the personal ski-planes provided good visual entertainment. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

The staff were friendly & the hotel was quiet & clean. The beds were very comfortable & the hotel was well appointed. The location was close to the airport but slightly out of town. Free shuttles are available from the hotel on demand, so the location out if town is not a problem. -
