  Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride. The pool is beautiful and clean gets great sun all day. The Adult pool is nice also. The restaurants are all very good and easy to get to. The - Vic the concierge was excellent! Outstanding bellman too. Food good in restaurant and a good value. Good bath products in room. Baby cakes coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't nickel & dime me.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience.   We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos.
