We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. We booked here because of the central location and oh boy we were not disappointed. Our suite overlooked the Bellagio and its fountain, Cesars Palace, Paris and the Strip in between. The building is connected to the Cosmopolitain and uses its parking garage (just enter the Cosmopolitan parking and go down to level b3, the Jockey elevators are in the middle of the floor). We were upgraded free of charge, and our two-bedroomed suite was ENORMOUS! It was bigger than all of our flats at home! Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money.
Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.

We were able to drop our bags off before checking in, the pool(s) and hot tub(s) were great and open 24/7 (except for during a rain storm of course) . Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but this hotel is extremely family friendly which was not what we expected. It's also around the corner from the start of the strip (luxor/mgm grand area) and while "around the corner" in Vegas is still pretty far, the location was great for the price. Also room service was always super quick and friendly.

The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
