Arrival to the hotel was good and the check in was very quick. The room was perfect, very neat and clean. We did not use the kitchen however all the basic amenities were available. we really liked the pool which was huge and a kids pool adds to the charm for people travelling with kids. Close proximity to metro station and shopping areas makes it an ideal place to stay for leisure and business traveler. Really enjoyed my stay.

Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport.

staff were most accommodating having arrived at 1am for checkin... they also drove us to the airport with our 4 massive pieces of luggage as they coud not hail a taxi big enough - Greta for the price. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping handy. Staff friendly. Would stay there again

The staff were excellent, from rception to restuarant to cleaning staff, world class service. We will definitely stay here again and again. Non smoking and non alchoholic a definite plus. Comfortable rooms esp bed.
Restuarant staff were very helpful arranging early breakfast. The best we've experienced in dubai thus far.
