The strict policy of the hotel of not allowing visiting guests to enter rooms. WiFi from the room was unavailable due to the router u can't make a call from ur room u have to come to the lobby holding passport is wrong rooms not clean customer service at front deask was weak bathroom is designed cheaply manager need to have adequate training. It not good at all, very dirty, completely not suitable for families Very bad food It's less than three start.
