    Everything about this hotel was excellent,and I have never seen so muchfood for breakfast,the staff were great.i would def recomend thishotel,infact I have booked again for 2 weeks time and this time bringingthe kids 10/10 - The location is ideal as it is close to other services,shopping ,eating out and the movies.     The setting was great: very near the shops but it felt nicely out of the town and was very quiet indeed. It was a very cosy and romantic place, and the staff were fantastic. We arrived late and the receptionist made us some soup and sandwiches!! Couldn't have chosen a better hotel :) - We found the hotel staff all very polite, helpful and friendly... what people say » . It wascentral to where we needed to be. I particulary found the Hotel securityvery reassuring. The views were outstanding, and we plan to stay again,depending on our situation in this credit crunch.

    The hotel itself is wonderful - great space in the communal areas, gorgeous cosy fire and lovely atmosphere. Our room had everything we needed although the bed was so comfortable we considered missing breakfast to stay in it! The staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay really was very special.     My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.

    The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome right from the start. The rooms are small but were clean and the bed very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely village which is located close to Cirencenster, the A419, 15 mins to the M4 and the Cotwolds Water park, which is amazing. Jules and Mark made us feel very welcome and special during our stay. The meals were excellent. The little village is very much Cotswolds but quieter. There are a lot of things to explore around the area but you do need a car however you will be welcomed back at the end of the day to a great meal, drinks and a friendly chat. I highly recommend the Masons.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. Chef popped out and had a friendly word. The young gentleman on reception was most helpful and assisted us with our bags. The room was clean and the standard was adequate. This was strongly reflected in the price. We stayed very very cheaply and vale for money this was great. I would stay here again for su... what people say » re. - Room was really fresh and clean. Bed made and room cleaned whilst we were out. Room located on ground floor nice and quiet. On arrival staff ensured we had a ground floor room as I am asthmatic and have trouble climbing stairs.
