  The setting was great: very near the shops but it felt nicely out of the town and was very quiet indeed. It was a very cosy and romantic place, and the staff were fantastic. We arrived late and the receptionist made us some soup and sandwiches!! Couldn't have chosen a better hotel :) - We found the hotel staff all very polite, helpful and friendly... what people say » .   My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.

  The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome right from the start. The rooms are small but were clean and the bed very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely village which is located close to Cirencenster, the A419, 15 mins to the M4 and the Cotwolds Water park, which is amazing. Jules and Mark made us feel very welcome and special during our stay. The meals were excellent. The little village is very much Cotswolds but quieter. There are a lot of things to explore around the area but you do need a car however you will be welcomed back at the end of the day to a great meal, drinks and a friendly chat. I highly recommend the Masons.

On arrival staff ensured we had a ground floor room as I am asthmatic and have trouble climbing stairs.
