What a fantastic experience! The manor was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfasts were hearty, lovingly prepared, and made with locally-sourced ingredients. Best of all, the owners made me feel right at home, with never-ending tea and cakes, and cookies and warm drinks delivered to my room (spontaneously and free of charge!). T... what people say » he owner also offered loads of helpful recommendations, gave me a lift to the train station, and offered multiple times to drive me to local sights. I - The second time we have stayed here and it is as good, if not better than before. Stayed in the fourposter bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. Nancy, the owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Homemade biscuits in the room instead of packet biscuits, which means Nancy really cares to make you feel welcome. A lovely place to stay and will go back soon.

The host was really welcoming and showed us around our room which was lovely, airy and clean with a HUGE bed. It isn't a traditional B&B as there is a small kitchenette provided with an array of teas and coffees and a fridge with sausages, bacon, eggs, yoghurts, orange juice and milk for your breakfast (included with the price of the room). There was also lots of cereals, jams and biscuits. My partner and I loved this set

Lovely greeting from the owner. Food was wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were spot on. I cannot rate this B&B highly enough. We are a group of 4 ladies and live in different parts of the country: we meet around 3 times a year and usually stay over and have dinner. The breakfast was a holiday experience to remember in itself. A lovely surprise near enough to Longleat to make a super stop-over.
