Everything about this hotel was excellent,and I have never seen so muchfood for breakfast,the staff were great.i would def recomend thishotel,infact I have booked again for 2 weeks time and this time bringingthe kids 10/10. The location is ideal as it is close to other services,shopping ,eating out and the movies. The gym,jacuzzi and swimming pool were very good value for money.

Service was very good and staff friendly and helpful. A faulty bedside light was replaced within a few minutes. Room was excellent, very quiet. Food in restaurant was also very good and staff were first class. food was excelant staff very helpful and enthusiastic. Definitely...please let me have an exec suite!!!. First class breakfast, especially the smoked haddock which came beautifully cooked and presented.good facilities,with a nice quiet bedroom . enjoyed a good nights sleep.It was our first stay at a hotel and we thouroughly enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable which is essential and everywhere was clean and tidy. we especiallly enjoyed the fact that for a small copst we could have our breakfast delivered to our room, brilliant!. Breakfast in room. Room service and breakfast were good service. Amenities, i.e. gym and pool.All Staff were very friendly and courteous. The actual Hotel itself was nice. What you would expect from a good brand. the parking was easy and the breakfast service very good. It was good to find a hotel of this size that used staff who's first language was English in all front of house areas. It was noticable when using the comfortable bar and dining room. The Pool and gym facilities are excellent. I would stay here again.Friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. room was very comfortable. the room and the food. very relaxing. I was staying there because my daughter was taking part in a swimming competition across the road, so the hotel being so close was a big plus point.There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. sometimes there is nose from the ballroom.The room was very hot but we did have a fan. if you can call that a dislike ?. Slightly confusing method of ordering special dishes at breakfast.the bathroom bin wasn't emptied, which i feel is not acceptable and also one of our breakfasts didn't have everything we requested.When you book your room on the net you get asked if you would perfer a non smoking room or smoking room we put down for smoking room then found out when we arrived there are no smoking rooms if i had known would'nt have book to stay there. I did ask for a room on the top floor, away from any perspective wedding party. I got a room on the 1st floor near the lifts. Kids from the weddings using the lift as a playarea would probably been a pain had we not gone out for Dinner. A little more control of the wedding parties kids would be better. The function rooms are actually in the basement so there is little or no noise from the disco.Room a bit too warm and no way to turn central heating down. my wife complained that the room was too dark for her to apply make-up. that my room didnt hav air conditioning and it was very hot in the room, even with the fan on it was still hot.i couldnt get a good night sleep.there was a wedding on at the hotel! would have been nice to have known about this in advance as we wouldn't have stayed...Hotel did not have our booking when we arrived, they did have rooms available and sorted it at the same price as my booking.com receipt.small things - like tap in bathroom needed attention, very squaky bathroom door. Water containers in corridor not working. Fridge empty except for milk and no indication of where milk was kept.Uncomfortable pillows. Bathroom could of been cleaner and very limited shower gel etc. Pillows are awful. I felt that the interior fixtures and decor could do with bringing up to a better standard, it looked a bit tired.
