The location within yards of the South West Coastal Path. Main bus route at the end of the road.
Just a short 1/2 mile walk along the path opposite the hotel to the centre of Bideford. Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cycle hire on the Tarka Trail in approx 1 mile away. The view from the bedroom and dining room over the fiver was superb.

loved the frendlyness of the staff and fantastic food, - Delightful setting, staying at the village pub enhanced the experience of rural England. Food in the restaurant was excellent, and there was a selection of good real ale. Staff were fantastic, and the rooms clean and cosy. Our bathroom was across the hall, but didn't detract from the stay.

Everything about my stay was great I was made to feel very welcome by both of you, The Breakfast was lovely and the evening meal out of this world and is cooked fresh to order, A big thankyou for making my stay so enjoyable! I wont hesitate to recommend you to others and I will definatly be back! - Beautifully clean and tidy room with nice decor.
