The location within yards of the South West Coastal Path. Main bus route at the end of the road.
Just a short 1/2 mile walk along the path opposite the hotel to the centre of Bideford. Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cycle hire on the Tarka Trail in approx 1 mile away. The view from the bedroom and dining room over the fiver was superb.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous - they seemed happy to be working there. The house and rooms were beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable as well. Staff were very friendly and our room was spotlessly clean. The selection of loose leaf tea was a lovely addition to the standard tea/coffee. Towels, linen and robes were of great quality.
