We enjoyed our short break immensely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and were always recognised when we came into the hotel by the staff on duty. The facilities were great-suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely return again. -

Amanda and Mike were charming hosts and did everything they could to make our stay. Beautiful house and location, Nothing was too much trouble and everything was excellent - Wonderful friendly welcome, felt like royalty, family feel to the place,very cosy, great location, olde english feel about the place, wonderfulbreakfast, would go again!!

we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked! This was a really well run and looked after inn. The very friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable. This is well worth considering as a base from which to visit the surrounding area or as a stop off on your journey. It is close to the Granite way cycle trail and would be a good staging point on the Devon Coast to Coast

The hotel was beautifully decorated and comfortable.The gardens were well maintained. Our room was lovely and clean and as requested we had a cot for our daughter which was clean and comfortable.The bathroom was fantastic, it was relaxing to have a bath evenings.The breakfast was delicious!
