My partner only wanted a crossiants and coffee and had to pay the same price as me who dined on a delicious full english breakfast. This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant set up was really good. We had a very good restaurant team leader both nights (she was Polish but we didn't catch her name) who was lovely to deal with and also remembered our room number / name the second night without prompting. - We booked the executive room.

We were so impressed with this hotel.
Staff really were so efficient and friendly.
The room was slept 4 which was great for us and was the same price as a double.
Very accommodating when we changed our mind about breakfast.
Comfy beds and the room was actually quiet all night!

All of the staff apart from the receptionist were most helpful and were happy to help in any way possible. The hotel it's is in a difficult place but the Premier Inn in Reading central work well as a team and allowed me to put my suitcase in the storage area while I waiting for my train.

The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).
