    Everything. I was very worried that only paying £35 a night I would endup somewhere sleazy. This hotel was lovely, the staff were so polite!     Having never been to the French Horn before I did not know what to expect and throughout my 3 nights, there were never a time where the staff were not amazing, the service not outstanding and the quality of comfort low. After a day, I could see the staff knew my needs/likes and would cater for them without question. Returning to ones room at night... what people say » to have the curtains drawn, heating in the bedroom on and all set for relaxing was amazing. We did get a key later when the computers could initialize keycards once again. But we wondered what would happen if the power did not come back on while we were there.     It was very quiet, and we didnt even know there was rush hour traffic inthe morning until we opened the windoww. They blocked the noise outcompletely. - clean comfortable room with very good en-suite facilities. We arrived very late evening, and our reception was very friendly and welcoming, Top marks.

    Quietness and ease of access to M4 and in our case Heathrow. - The traditional English breakfast, where the hostest ask you how many eggs do you want and how do you want them to be cooked and what do you want with your egges etc etc , that's great

Pleasant and helpful staff at bell inn during breakfast. - The staff at Reading South were fantastic and there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. Their local knowledge was second to none, with always a friendly smile which made you wish you could stay longer.
