This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant set up was really good. We had a very good restaurant team leader both nights (she was Polish but we didn't catch her name) who was lovely to deal with and also remembered our room number / name the second night without prompting. - We booked the executive room.

It was very quiet, and we didnt even know there was rush hour traffic inthe morning until we opened the windoww. They blocked the noise outcompletely. - clean comfortable room with very good en-suite facilities. We arrived very late evening, and our reception was very friendly and welcoming, Top marks.

My partner only wanted a crossiants and coffee and had to pay the same price as me who dined on a delicious full english breakfast. The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

Staff really were so efficient and friendly.
The room was slept 4 which was great for us and was the same price as a double.
Very accommodating when we changed our mind about breakfast.
Comfy beds and the room was actually quiet all night!

Tea and coffeee in the room -
All of the staff apart from the receptionist were most helpful and were happy to help in any way possible. The hotel it's is in a difficult place but the Premier Inn in Reading central work well as a team and allowed me to put my suitcase in the storage area while I waiting for my train.
