  This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant set up was really good. We had a very good restaurant team leader both nights (she was Polish but we didn't catch her name) who was lovely to deal with and also remembered our room number / name the second night without prompting. - We booked the executive room. ... vad folk säger » This was a good size and offered comfortable accomodation.. The room and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. We had a fantastic stay and would book again at the same rate. Didn't get time to use the pool and gym, but on inspection they looked very impressive

  We were so impressed with this hotel. Staff really were so efficient and friendly. The room was slept 4 which was great for us and was the same price as a double. Very accommodating when we changed our mind about breakfast. Comfy beds and the room was actually quiet all night! Plenty of parking. The hotel it's is in a difficult place but the Premier Inn in Reading central work well as a team and allowed me to put my suitcase in the storage area while I waiting for my train.

  Rummet var stort och bra. - The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

I am self employed and travel alot and am alwaysstaying in different hotels and this is one of the best will definetlystay again - the staff were very friendly and always willing to help the food was lovely and so were the rooms a very enjoyable experiance

  Having never been to the French Horn before I did not know what to expect and throughout my 3 nights, there were never a time where the staff were not amazing, the service not outstanding and the quality of comfort low. After a day, I could see the staff knew my needs/likes and would cater for them without question.   Greeted by a wonderful receptionist at approx 7:30pm on Sat 20/7/13, sorry don't know her name. She was very helpful, great with our 2 young kids. Pleasant and helpful staff at bell inn during breakfast. - The staff at Reading South were fantastic and there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. Their local knowledge was second to none, with always a friendly smile which made you wish you could stay longer.
