  A very friendly 'home from home ' hotel. As a woman staying on my own i felt safe and secure. The staff were welcoming and friendly at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service all round and breakfast were superb. It will always be my first choice of hotel when staying in this area. - Very good value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel. - The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The food excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely position and grounds and although we didnt go into the club we could have booked through reception.

  The lady at reception (unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was originally from South Africa) was incredibly helpful and informative. A pleasure to deal with and provided great customer service - she is a total asset to the hotel. - Ease to get to Southampton and small towns near by, the new forest, etc. Breakfast was excellent, and kids ... vad folk säger » not paying for meals a very sensible offer.   The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone.   It's a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is also excellent. We have stayed there several times and have enjoyed the restful atmosphere. - The helpful attitude of the hotel staff, and the rooms were clean pleasant, the breakfast provided was first class, as was the parking provided.

  From the moment I was greeted by the lady of the Hotel, I felt welcome. I was given a very comfortable - if modest double room for a single stay. I wish I could have packed the mattress and pillows into my luggage and taken them home with me. The Bathroom was sufficient, the room was clean and quiet.
