The staff in the restaurant, especially the lady who showed us to our table, were pleasant and friendly and this gave the restaurant a warm environment.

  This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant set up was really good. We had a very good restaurant team leader both nights (she was Polish but we didn't catch her name) who was lovely to deal with and also remembered our room number / name the second night without prompting. - We booked the executive room. ... what people say » This was a good size and offered comfortable accomodation.. The room and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. We had a fantastic stay and would book again at the same rate. Didn't get time to use the pool and gym, but on inspection they looked very impressive

  The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

  The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is one of the best Ihave ever stayed in. I am self employed and travel alot and am alwaysstaying in different hotels and this is one of the best will definetlystay again - the staff were very friendly and always willing to help the food was lovely and so were the rooms a very enjoyable experiance
