  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep.   This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.
