accessability to the area we wanted and local shops and cafes.Inexpensive car parking. Convenient location - comfortable bed - 'happy hour' in the bar. breakfast was excellent,staff were helpful.excellent prime location to london attractions. friendly staff. How close it was to Lambeth north underground. this was a reasonable hotel for the price. The location of the hotel was close to the London Eye so it was easy to find. It was close to public transportation.Convenient Location. Clean rooms. Effecient Staff.Good Ambience. Location - not as close to Waterloo as website implies, lots of police siren noise. I suppose your charges are average, however we found them expensive, it would be good to hear of any special offers. Ice machine had no cups for the duration of my stay. No air conditioning in room. The windows do not keep out the loud traffic noise, which goes on all through the night, and will stop me from staying there again.it was cold, so i left the radiator open before leaving the room every morning. and it was closed when i turned back. i was really cold... The staff were miserable. Breakfast facilities were not big enough for the size of hotel. There was a lot of traffic noise, but that is to be expected in a city.The rooms are on the small side and have good showers but no baths. I asked for a room on floor 3 or above but when checked in only was able to get a room on floor 1.would have done with more space to hang cloth up! Breakfast ok but not briliant !. Lack of tourist information and knowledgeable staff.Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the attitudes of reception staff. I had dealings with three different staff members during my stay and not one of them greeted me with a smile or a 'hello'. A minor complaint perhaps, but one that could easily be fixed. was a little too long to check in, ok had a trainee attending to me, but would be been better if she had support. There was one problem i found that let you down. When i removed the sheets, i found the mattress protectors were very tatty and the mattress was heavily stained and looked old. Pillows were tatty too. Under the bed had some places that had not seen a hoover. Dust on the top shelf.shower took ages to warm up. Very noisy (police sirenes next door, about four to fives times at night), no frig, no airco, no locker. Not quite the best.it took 15minutes for the hot water to come on. As we arrived at the hotel we was not greeted in a respectful manner. The receptionist seemed to of forgot her manners. This made us feel uncomfortable as we did not recieve a warm welcoming.

When arriving at Lambeth North Tube station just follow the signs to the Imperial War Museum where we are located across the street. When arriving at Waterloo International Railway Station / Eurostar, use exit at Macdonalds and turn to your right(Old Vic is in front of you) then first right (Bayliss road). Follow the road until you past Lambeth North Tube station. From there follow the signs (down Kennington Rd) to the Imperial War Museum. We are just opposite it.
