As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the receptionist was very helpful in telling us the info about the hotel, we got to our room and were taken aback by the size of (we stayed in the executive room), lovely air conditioning so you can set the room to whatever temp is best f... what people say » or you.   The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. The younguns even met Noel Fielding !!! And he was just lovely. The room was clean and very co - The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... what people say » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. The hotel is on a quiet part of the road and a good selection of restaurants are only a stroll away. P - The location was great since it was near the Baker tube station. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. We had a triple room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to make sure we were guests.
