very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the charge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex.
all reviews » Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street. The staff are really attentive, kind, and efficient. Very eager to please. They allowed us to store luggage for days at a time while we took excursions outside London, etc etc. We find the hotel very cozy and comfortable and have stayed multiple times. We much appreciated the air conditioning, too. We can walk easily to the tube and shopping and visit family living nearby. Attractive location, short walk to trains, Hampstead Village & the Heath. Good value room rate for London. On-site parking. Friendly helpful staff. Air-con in room did not work; only found out in middle of night so informed reception in the morning. Manager checked it out immediately and we were given a full refund as Premier operate their Good Night Guarantee. This is a really good hotel to stay in if you are a single traveller. Although I booked a single room it had a double bed and the room was ample for my needs. So often as a single traveller I have found this not to be the case. The room was quiet and it was a joy to stay in. The staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend. Great location, near to Belsize park tube station, plus a lot of bus stations. Secured access to upper floors so that people coming just for restaurant don't have access to floors where rooms are. Off street parking available. I was very pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very well situated, very central, extremely clean , and comfortable, we truly enjoyed our stay there, and will definitely book again when we are in Hampstead visiting our family in the UK ,. Great location. Belsize Park has a wonderful high street with lots of restaurants and great pubs close by. Hampstead is just a short walk away. All the attractions are just a short tube ride away. Clean room and nice staff. it was a good base for us to stay at the price was higher than we have paid at other hotels in hamstead. the rooms were basic but comfortable and had all we needed. it is a good location opposite the tube station. . You kindly implemented your good night sleep gtee and rebated us the cost of the second night. Wall mounted soap dispenser - would prefer soap bar or moveable dispenser. Morte paintings on the wall would be nice. There was nothing I did not like. Not much to look at in terms of design but the photo online does not try to make out otherwise. To be honest we loved it! Can't think why I am bothering to fill this box. No dislikes really. Nothing really, we would have love a swimming pool but for a 3star that will be asking too much I guess. We had to change our room twice due to smoking in one of the rooms on the fourth floor. The odor permeated the hallway and our room to the point of physical ailments. The size of the standard double room was very small, with just enough room to squeeze down each side of the bed. for this price no... otherwise maybe a playing room for kids would be nice... the variety of the breakfast menu when considering we stayed for eight days. an addition or change of one or two items each day would have been welcome e g selection of cheeses and a few items of green salads. I asked for a double bed, as I have back problems, but there were twin beds made up as twins, so I didn't get a very good night's sleep. In room 3 on the ground floor it was a little noisy in the morning as it is beside a staff entrance and the doors kept banging. not enough space in the family rooms, the pull out beds were not comfortable. nothing. Bathroom a bit small, and the shower was very disappointing,(pressure etc). Room was small, more like single room with double bed. No electric shaving point in bathroom. Bathroom rather small Dispenser soaps and loo roll Too few milk cartons to enable to make a drink in the evening plus one in the morning before going down to breakfast. One thing that let this premier inn down was the restaurant. We had a meal on our last night and it was disgusting. the vegetables were raw ( and I don't like them overcooked) the mash that came with the sausage and mash was like a hard flat pancake and was disgusting.Such a let down, and impacts on the views of the hotel itself. Not dislikes but: Would benfit from tissues in the bedrooms Decaf fresh coffee at breakfast. Bathroom very compact. Fine for us but may not suit everyone. bath, I have had a few nasty falls while showering in them. As such I now prefer walk in showers. rooms were small... restaurant closed at 11 precisely..inside and outside deck. Paying extra daily charges for car parking. Nothing. Swipe card key. Took a lot of swipes to get to the stairs and also on the door of our room. This seemed to be the same for everyone!. We needed drawers to unpack our clothing. As well, we needed a safe to put our valuables. They only have 1/2 hour of free wifi per day. Why limit it?. the reception staff could be more welcoming. there coould be a table or area for putting used plates in the mornings so that guests can move through breakfast time smoothly, because the breakfast very friendly and efficient staff are too busy to clear tables quickly. On my early arrival (11.00am) and while waiting for my friends to arrive, I asked if it would be possible to have a cup of tea. I was told I would have to wait because they were still serving breakfast, I took my custom down the road and waited for my friends there.
