the location was close to marylebone and the apartment was adequate.

The lady who conducted our induction didn't give us the code for the front door til 9am the next day so we were stranded outside for 20 mins after a night out the night before!!. all reviews »

Shower.
The set-up is weird and inconvenient. I had to meet a woman on a street corner to get the key.
The location is a bit dodgy.
The apartment was a little run down - the cutlery wasn't very clean and the shower head didn't stand on it's own you had to hold it. A bit ramshackle.
I had to pay cash for using wifi which hadn't been made clear on booking.
the customer service is very poor.- very unhelpful. Probably ok for an overnight but really a hotel would be better- and less stressful.
Tired looking appartment. Certainly not worth the money. Verry unfriendly staff.
